my fish have ick! should i remove the filter sponge?

i added 1 fizz journalism into a 5 congius containerful because i was doing a water change and realized a few hit ick so i additional a paper of medicine into the bucket of water. is it okay if i add them direct into the tank? it says 1 tablet per 10 gallons my cell is 30 congius so do i meet modify in the 2 another tablets? how ofttimes do i repeat incase doesnt say. its tetra ick guard and its every i got right now. it says no requirement to raise temp. but should i do it anyways? and also i have tank salt for freshwater should i add some? will penalization and salt kill snails? i have alot of snails in there will they die? oh and i have 2 separate should i remove the separate cartridges and let them separate without anything? the reason is that are they going to remove the medicine? exclusive a some seek hit ick not every they are platies and i think they got displeased because of the new fish i got from this pet store they were unhealthy a few died and im curing added poeciliid with tail deteriorate in a 2.5 congius tank he is doing fine but i dont poverty my platies to die i breeded them and would dislike to wager them expire meet because i bought whatever newborn fish from this horrible pet store im never feat to buy seek from them. gratify help.

the cell has a tetra 20g ex filter and a 10i interior separate and has a medium bubble wall that creates super bubbles so there is good aeration in the cell i dont think it needs more aeration but what about the filter should i meet let them separate without media?

I currently hit a 29 congius freshwater aquarium. I was wondering how arduous would it be to invoke it into a saltwater aquarium? What would I need? I would same to do this on a low budget. Assuming their population is kept under control? I have 2 metallic perplexity snails and would like to get more for cleaning purposes. Are they bruising to the fish? Do they increase the ammonia and another chemicals in the tank as much as seek do?

The intend is obviously a reef aquarium.

Fish:
6 green chromis
1 purple tang
2 clownfish ocellaris or percula
4 banggai cardinals

Inverts
2 emerald crabs
3 cleaner shrimps
a some turbo snails
1 boxing crab
2 solitary crabs
a few feather dusters
1 maybe 2 crocea clams

Corals:
no intent yet, but exclusive fleecy corals
Mushrooms, polyps and leathers i guess.

Any opinions?
Have I prefabricated unshoed mistakes?
Any suggestions?

It will be my prototypal marine after several freshwater tropicals, so I'm not trusty if my calculations are right.

but it's bloody expensive. Is it worth it?
