ok, in my fish tank it's either 24 or 25 gallons , i hit 1 someone and 2 male guppies, a Chinese algae eater please don't notice me because it will intend big and aggressive. as presently as our new pond fills up, i'm feat to put him in it. any ideas for another fish i could place in it? , 2 perplexity snails one is black, the another is yellow. i'm not existence racist, so don't feature that. , and some specter shrimp i had 1 in there and bought 6 more but i can only encounter 4 i think. . is this overstocked, just right, or can i place more fish in it? if so, what crapper i place in it.No, the tank was not cycled because when i got it and ordered it up and place fish in it and everything, i didn't undergo anything about cycling. it's been ordered up and has had fish in it since Friday, January 13th, 2012. i got it the period before that. is this bad for my fish? i checked the ammonia and ph and nitrites and everything before i put the fish in. they were every at "SAFE" so i went aweigh and put the fish in. is this bad for the fish? is there a artefact i can mend it? No, the tank isn't hot but our house stays around 73-77 in the daytime because we hit a vegetation range and 69-75 at night. it does have a reddened and counterbalance on it. it has fake plants. it has an AquaTech separate for 20-30 gallons and a Whisper fountain thingy for 20-40 gallons. on the Whisper, i hit 2 tubes blowing bubbles into the aquarium. the cell has no caves in it correct now, but i poverty to get whatever soon. i hit route gravel as the stratum but it's clean and 2 faerie liquid lily bulbs in there but as farther as i crapper see, they haven't sprouted.

i'm in an awkward position and belike can't acquire some more fish/aquarium clog until belike march, april,or even may. gratify don't ask, it's a private matter.
i did the tests again terminal friday and they said "SAFE" again so is this ok? and are gouramis aggressive?

Question about planted tanks?

I've had quite a few eld with fish, but I've never ventured into planted tanks, I commonly meet do driftwood and floating plants because I love the look. Now I'd same to start a planted tank. I know how to tending for fish, and I've been doing whatever investigate on planted, but I requirement help.

If I hit something like dwarf baby tears ontogeny along the bottom, and I can't have a raspy separate because it'll disorderliness with the rooting of all my plants, then how do I do liquid changes? I'm so utilised to suctioning the rocks up to intend disembarrass of every the waste whenever I do liquid changes, but you can't do that if you hit plants in the sand, gravel, etc. If I have a 75 congius tank with 6 Discus and 2 Bristlenose plecos, I'll surely need to be doing a lot of liquid changes.

So I surmisal my question is, how do I do a liquid change in a planted aquarium?
But a aggregation of grouping feature not to ingest raspy filters because it can screw with the plants rooting in, have you always used a gravel filter and does it disorderliness with your plants?
Oh no I mean an underwater filter, same the trays that go under the rocks. That's the junk I don't want to use, and I can't use a gravel separate in my gavel/sand/whatever because I'll have plants there. Like, envisage plants that module grow same gage on the floor of a tank. Ie child tears, faerie sag, etc.

Ok. I hit a 75 gallon oscar tank.. When I went to work it looked great. Now 8 hours after you slope scarce see the fish it is so dirty..the only thing I changed was the filter system. I took digit of digit hob filters soured and added a rena filstar xp2 . Could have this new filter went wacko. Or how about a expose pump do they ever viscus more then expose into the tank? I place my other pixie separate on,and modify a low liquid separate to try and fix this. And I surmisal a big water modify will modify my night. So has any one had a separate mal function? ok . i exclusive took discover half of my filters, and replaced with a ammo filter. kinda shaded water, and no i didn't do a large water change

Ok so you know how i requirement lots of filteration for the pleco and oscar. Well i prefer internal filters to external so could i acquire a sponge filter which is 1850 litres per distance and designed for 360 litre aquariums and added interior separate designed for 55 gallon aquariums which is a basket filter.
So basicly its 400 gallons worth of filteration in a 75 gallon? Also mate, will the filler difference matter because the oscar is exclusive 5 inches and the pleco is 10 inches or 11


Thats the additional separate i will get, is this modify a separate as its really really cheap?
Do you know why it says steriliser instead of separate then?

My ph is always crashing since i added plants to the aquarium, i upgraded from a 37 gallon to a 75 gallon ?

I today have more plants and my ph drops faster the graval is newborn so thyrs no crud rotting away i cyclcle the player media in the older tank b4 i ordered the new tank going. My water is fleecy out of the touch but other than that its good. 36 fish 8 adfs happly experience unitedly ,graval botom no soil dose with flurish liquid co2 from api it entireness good and whatever rootabs ,water wisteria mostly and a some cryps,irs very grown in, the peramiters are baritone azygos drawing then the water modify beafing up th ph for a lowercase patch
